this is my first light kit. i was worried about everything. but these seem to do nicely for what i want. good for portraits, and ive been trying to get group shots as well and theyre coming out fine. the stands seem really sturdy, and everything else feels solid. i havent used them enough to say they over heat or burn out. people sitting for me said the lights are really bright but not too warm to be uncomfortable. and i get them really close so i can set my camera to slow speeds and f11.

We've used this for about two months with small to moderate use, taking the product on location for video work about 10 or 12 times.
The bag is of cheap construction and has had multiple issues. The handle pulled off one side (although still works), one zipper sometimes opens after it's zipped, and the shoulder strap latch broke.
During a shoot one of the lights literally fell apart. The forward section disconnected from the back end and hung by wires until I could set it on the ground. Luckily no one was hurt and nothing was damaged.
If the above had not happened I would probably have given it 3 or 4 stars, because although the bag was having issues, it was fairly inexpensive.

Comments about Interfit SXT3200 Two-Light Kit:
I was a professional photographer 25 years ago in my "past life". I recently foud myself roped into doing portraits of the office staff for our website. I went online to B & H to find inexpensive lighting and selected this kit. Can't beat the value. The lights worked well, easy set up and a nice carrying case. I opened the bag & was set up in less than 15 minutes. After 25 years it was like I never left the studio. I highly recommend this kit.

Comments about Interfit SXT3200 Two-Light Kit:
I use these lights mostly during video shooting and they work great indoors and out! They are very easy to set up and use anywhere. Great product for beginners and amateurs. The biggest downside is that the light bulb cover doesn't fit over the bulb to pack away.

Comments about Interfit SXT3200 Two-Light Kit:
The size of this kit is great for our photo and video projects--faculty interviews, 2VR instructional objects, etc. Nice, even lighting. The kit isn't too heavy to haul across campus and it's easy to set up.

I just opened the kit the other day and tried a lighting exercise with students. The lights were bright and the light was great in covering the face and being soft and smooth by using an included umbrella.
Kit is easy to use and fits in a nice compact kit.
Price is attractive.
Only con may be that it comes with what seems to be protective covers to go over the place where the light bulb goes. However, the bulbs that come with the kit are so big that you cannot put the covers on with the bulbs attached. It might be nice if you could leave the bulbs in and put on the protective covers.
