I use this bag for travel/sightseeing and hiking when I don't want to lug a full camera bag around.I can wear it all day, lots of padding, comfortable straps. It will carry my Canon dslr with a telephoto lens attached and another smaller lens in one of the pockets which adjusts with velcro. Actually you can reconfigure bag interior since dividers and accessory pouch are attached with velcro. It's compact size is great for riding trains and subways and the zipper location keeps my gear safe. When on short hikes the tripod strap will easily hold a monopod but I use it to carry my velbon cx 570 tripod. the water bottle pocket comes in handy too. This looks and feels high quality.

I would recommend this bag as adventurer accessory.
This bag is excellent companion if you are going for high hiking or ride on mountain bike and you want compact backpack.
It is well weather sealed and provide a good protection to the equipment.
For my taste it is a little bit too small. I am able to store store Canon 70-200 f/4 L with and without body and one smaller lens or flash etc.
Inside of backpack you can customize compartments as you need.
Cons: Equipment is not easily accessible.

Comments about Lowepro Flipside 200 Backpack (Arctic Blue/Black):
I bought this bag for sideline shooting. I've always found the reviews from people saying the bag wasn't big enough highly irritating. Well, all the reviews I found said it would hold a full body camera with a 70-200mm f/2.8 attached. Yes and not. The camera will fit with flexing and bowing, but it's really not tall enough. In the reviews I've read it states this bag will hold that rig and flash and batteries. If I add my flash it's near impossible to zip up. The one poor design is the zippers do not go down far enough either.
I will be keeping this bag for my portrait camera and buying the 300 model for my sports camera.
Also the side storage is worthless. I put my biz cards and two pens in it and it won't zip up.
So if anyone is reading that a full body camera with a 70-200mm f/2.8 attached fits, please disregard and spare yourself a lot of angst and buy the flipside 300.

Comments about Lowepro Flipside 200 Backpack (Arctic Blue/Black):
I wanted a lightweight compact backpack for day trips that didn't look like a camera bag. The Flipside 200 surpassed my expectations. With some creative positioning of padding it holds my dSLR with 75-300 mm lens attached, and has room for a 18-55 mm and 50 mm lenses, flash, batteries, cables, rain cover (purchased elsewhere), tripod, and phone. The bag is well padded, comfortable, durable, secure, and it looks great. I would highly recommend this bag.

Comments about Lowepro Flipside 200 Backpack (Arctic Blue/Black):
Perfectly fit for my Nikon 3100, a small lens and medium size lens, big flash, extra battery, charger, lens protector and extra memory cards, with outside option to carry tripod. Camara bag has a waist band useful to turn around bag pack to the front for easy access to the equipment on the fly. Bag is very compact.

The bag is of very good quality. Good for a dSLR with not more than 2 lenses. Can accommodate few cables and a charger. Nothing more than that.
It servers my need perfectly.

This bag is light and compact, holds everything you would want. I love the little pocket inside at the top, which holds my phone and purse/wallet safely, even when accessing my gear.
Comfortable to wear hiking for the perfect waterfall shot!
The strap to attach the tripod could be a little wider to minimise wobble, but it's secure and ensures you have both hands free.

I prefer backpacks before shoulderbags. With Flipside 200 I can bring my Canon 7D attached to the 300 lens and a 1.4 extender. By keeping the waiststrap attached its possible to reach the camera just by turning the bag around hanging on your waist. You will reach all your gear whithout putting the bag on the ground. Its perfect when you don´t wan´t to bring all your gear.

Perfectly fits my camera and a bunch of accessories - lightweight so good for hiking/biking/just walking around the city. Love that it can be easily turned to my front side for easy camera/lens access without having to stop and put the bag down.

Comments about Lowepro Flipside 200 Backpack (Arctic Blue/Black):
The backpack is a good bag for carrying 1 SLR and a couple lenses. However, if your lens is long, you may have to store it horizontally, as is the case with my 55-250mm lens. Adjusting the velcro dividers can be kind of a pain, but once you arrange them the way that suits your purposes best, it is a good storage backpack.

This is a good secure bag. The only way in to the main compartment is flat against your back.

I'm only 5'2", but this bag fits perfectly. This is a much better way to transport my gear when I go on shooting walks. It holds my D60, two lens and a flash, and I still have room.

Comments about Lowepro Flipside 200 Backpack (Arctic Blue/Black):
I use this product everyday, I am a photojournalist for the school I attend. I use the case whenever I go to shoot games and events. This is the reason I bought the case in the first place. I needed a backpack camera bag for easy traveling, and it has completely fulfilled that.
Items in my kit:
50D
50mm
70-200mm f/2.8 L
17-55mm f/2.8
+ multiple cables, portable harddisk, & filters.
I have this bag filled to its max, but that is the way I prefer it. The bag is also much more padded then I thought it would be, and the security of the flap being on the rear is much appreciated. The only down side I have found with the bag is that the way it is constructed there is about an inch and a half at the bottom that is a little harder to get to... though this is where i store the nifty fifty.

I got this bag for a trip I'm going on and needed something I could carry on. I also wated something to use when hiking that I did not have to set down to get things out. It's very well padded, comfortable to wear but not a whole lot of room. I can get my camera body with lens attatched, 1 extra lens and some small extra's. Also nice that you can attatch your tripod to the bag.

This backpack is well made and seems to be very durable. It is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but I am an amateur photographer with only one camera body and 2 lenses so I can fit all my gear in it. If you have lots of gear, you will probably want to get something bigger. I like the fact that it zips on the side facing your back so you don't have to worry about anything falling out.

I like this bag. It is very comfy. Great for hiking and biking when you dont want to take everything you own with you. The tripod holder does not keep my tripod very secure. Might work better with a compact tripod or monopod. No place to tuck extra straps I am a very thin guy so I have alot of extra strap.

The bag is really great. Sturdy and gets the job done. However, it isn't terribly large, so make sure it will hold enough for your purposes. I ordered it in blue, but wish I had gotten the black/gray combination, as this bag stands out a little more than I'd like.
