The Cavision RS1580S-SPE Shoulder Pad System Package is excellent for use with hand held shots as camera stability and smooth movement is enhanced. This Shoulder Pad system incorporates 15mm fiber glass Rods, system plate for mounting the camera and a single handgrip (RS15HS) with mounting brackets.

- Constructed primarily out of ABS material to reduce weight with fiber glass rods and aluminum camera plate offer extra strength.
- Adjustable
- The handgrip offer swivel adjustments and the shoulder mount is adjustable to fit different shoulder widths. The rod connector is adjustable for personalized configuration.

- Universally designed for use with additional accessories such as Cavision matte boxes, follow focus, camera plates, adapters and extensions.

This is a decent product, and for the money it's pretty great. Very adjustable, and even though the shoulder "pad" thing is sort of cheap feeling (big boxy hollow plastic), i'm pretty happy over all with this item. We'll see if she holds up over time.

For the money it works well. I use it with canon 5d mark II. Needs mount with anti-twist plate for better security.

I purchased this hand held rig, hoping to save some money, and boy am I sorry. The real problem with this thing is build quality. Mostly plastic, lots of flex, poor adjustments, cheap feeling rods. There is a reason this thing is only[$]. Purchase at your own peril. I don't feel safe placing [$] worth of equipment on this.

I recieved this product yesterday.
First impressions:
Shoulder Mount + Handle are well made
I love the customizability of this shoulder mount in contrast to Redrock or Zacuto.
When I opened the box, I found the rods to be slightly scratched and chipped in one place.
This is a very cool product that is very customizable and greatly stabilizes your shots.
I would recommend buying some carbon fiber rails and a camera riser to go with it.
All in all, I am pleased with this product.
