This is the only grip like it out there in the market place that I could find. For a women or man with small hands this would work quite nice, however for larger hands it needs to be about 2" longer and a little larger around. Too bad they didn't make 2 sizes.

Comments about CamGrip Handle for Compact Digital Cameras or Camcorder:
Good little grip. I bought it for hand holding the shock mount for my short shotgun mike.
It was too small to be comfortably held but by adding a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter it lengthen the grip just enough to be comfortable. I also use it to hold my pocket camera, which this is really made for, and that does a good job of steadying. So - I guess I'm very pleased with the purchase.

It helps my wife hold our Kodak Zi8 more steady. The handle isn't the softest but works well enough.
It is made for a woman's hand or a smaller mans hand.

I USE THE HANDLE TO FACILTATE THE USE OF THE CAMERA'S MANY BUTTONS, IT MAKES IT MUCH EASIER TO GET TO THEM, YOUR LEFT HAND IS OUT OF THE WAY. AND IT MAKES IT EASIER TO HOLD THE CAMERA STILL WHILE SHOOTING PICTURES WITHOUT USE A TRIPOD.SO FAR NO CONS AND I DON'T EXPECT ANY.I HAVE DEALT WITH B&H MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS[...].THANKS,JAMES

CamGrip's camera handle is just what I needed to comfortably use my new Kodak PlaySport video cam. I find that the camera is much easier to operator when my hands aren't in the way.

Very practical for compact digicams - allows a steady, stable grip, rather than the "shaky arms-length shuffle" that typically must be employed.

Comments about CamGrip Handle for Compact Digital Cameras or Camcorder:
I use an Nikon SU-800 transmitter to trigger my Nikon SB-800 flash remotely and wirelessly. Handholding the flash is a bit clumsy and I worry about dropping it. Flashes aren't cheap! I would have liked to have found a simple handle to slide my flash onto, but couldn't. Then I discovered the CamGrip. It is very cheap and works easily for this purpose. The CamGrip won't screw directly onto the flash-- I have to first slide the flash onto the AS-19 stand that comes with the flash-- but then the CamGrip screws easily onto that. And I feel like the Statue of Liberty when I use it!
Though it fits securely in my hand, I wish the CamGrip was about an inch longer for an even better grip.
