The 3M DMS-815 Digital Media System is a wall-mounted system that projects from above on a screen or interactive whiteboard from a very short distance. The projector will also work with most flat light colored walls or almost any dry erase boards including those with map rails. This is possible because of the Vikuiti Super Close Projection lens. The system virtually eliminates shadows and makes it easy to interact with the projected image. The Digital Media System DMS-815 allows for flexibility in any room layout and opens up space, eliminating the need for carts or tables to hold equipment. The system is perfect for classrooms, boardrooms, briefing rooms or any room with limited space.

The projector also features the digital whiteboard that allows you to electronically capture notes to save and distribute instantly. The board electronically captures notes in color which you can then save, print, or e-mail in various file formats instantly, including: ESB, JPEG, TIFF, HTML, PDF, vector PDF, BMP 256 color, WBD, PowerPoint (ppt and pps), and metafile (emf). You can also import files from most business programs (including Excel and Word), annotate and save changes. You can easily draw or highlight on top of any computer image as well. A Playback feature allows you to review all drawings on the board, including erased items.
