GarageBand Jam Pack - Remix Tools from Apple offers thousands of Apple Loops and dozens of playable software instruments. For use within GarageBand, the content can also be used in Logic Express 7 and Logic Pro 7. Apple's Soundtrack and any other host software that supports AIFF files can also access the loop content.
Remix Tools appeals mostly to electronic dance music enthusiasts and covers a number of genres including hip-hop, R n' B, techno, trance and other electronica styles. The instrument/loop emphasis is on new electronic drums and percussion along with synthesizers. The library also includes popular classic drum machine sounds licensed from Roland.
- Over 2,000 prerecorded loops covering different styles and tempos. Build your tracks with beats, breaks, bass lines and percussion. Also includes synthesizer patterns, hypnotic riffs and special effects
- Authentic vintage beats from Roland drum machines, as well as actual sounds from the TR-808, TR-909 and more
- Beat kits from over twenty distinct genres, including hip-hop, R n' B, electroclash, house, trance, downtempo, 2-step and more. Turntable effects include scratching, needle drops and other sonic flavors
- More than ten playable guitars and other stringed instruments like dobro and banjo
