The Astatic 901R Condenser Boundary Microphone features a flat, surface mounted design. The microphone is intended to accurately capture speech and ambiance in conference settings, meetings, interviews, presentations, performance applications and more.
The 901R features superior radio-frequency (RF) rejection from cell-phones, wireless internet devices, walkie-talkies and wireless radios. The result eliminates noise from nearby RF sources and improves overall audio quality.
The hemispherical-cardioid polar pattern provides excellent pickup at the perimeter of the capsule while eliminating surface noise and phasing issues that can occur from the mounting surface. The 901R is portable and built tough; this model comes in black.
