I have an office full of Macs and to this point had only used Apple monitors. When I added my newest computer, I wanted to keep my Apple 23" display, but handed down the G5 to my office manager...and she needed a monitor. After looking at a number of reviews, I chose the VX1940 and have been very happy with it. I see no significant downside; it seems to be a great value. I'd buy another one.
