The Tamrac N-45 Foam Padded Leather Quick Release Camera Strap (Brown) is designed to carry any camera or binoculars with a lug on each side. The thick foam pad absorbs and distributes the weight. A non-slip suede leather pad keeps the equipment from slipping off the shoulder. The quick-release buckles allow flexibility for copy stand, tripod or other situations where a strap needs to be removed. The strap is adjustable to 50".

Comments about Tamrac N-45 Foam Padded Leather Quick Release Camera Strap (Brown):
I received my new strap just before heading to San Francisco for a week, and it was wonderful to have on the trip! I spent 7 days with my camera around my neck practically all day and I never once felt tired. I also just bought a new lens, which is heavier than my old lens, so I was concerned that the weight would get to be too much. But the strap was awesome. I really like how easily I could lengthen the strap and wear it slung across one shoulder. I don't know why it took me so long to upgrade from the stock strap that came with my camera, but I am extremely happy with the choice I made.

Comments about Tamrac N-45 Foam Padded Leather Quick Release Camera Strap (Brown):
I bought this strap strictly for use with my Mamiya RB67 Pro-S 6x7 medium format camera.
My shooting style (landscape primarily and then portrait/journalism) is to initially compose the frame in the WLF (while on the strap), attach to tripod (for landscape), re-compose and shoot. So for me, carrying with the strap must be comfortable.
I "added" additional lengths of strap to the Tamrac to lengthen it so the camera can be carried at my side. This strap give's a very comfortable "ride" for my camera. I'll be using it more once i'm back home (Europe) and will be able to more fully appreciate it.
Things i like about the strap:
Super "grippy" suede leather (about 10"-12" by ~1 1/2")
Nicely padded
Professional quality "nylon" strap material
Thing i don't like:
The strap wasn't long enough to allow for a "side" carry
Wholeheartedly recommend this strap!!!

Comments about Tamrac N-45 Foam Padded Leather Quick Release Camera Strap (Brown):
What makes Tamrac straps so comfortable is the "non-slip leather" (suede) shoulder pad. I wonder if they have a patent on it because it is so much more comfortable that than the rubber, silicone or Neoprene used on other brands. It gets better with age and no, it doesn't slip or tug on your skin.

Comments about Tamrac N-45 Foam Padded Leather Quick Release Camera Strap (Brown):
I wanted something that would be more comfortable with heavier lenses, quick release for work on and off a tripod, and without a flashy logo.
This pretty much covers the bill. It doesn't look like I'm a Xmas tree festooned with camera-brand logos (something that concerns me when travelling in Asia-Pacific).
It is much more comfortable to wear with lenses around 800g or less. So I think it makes a very good traveller's neckstrap. The quick release options are effective and useful.
I don't think I would like to wear it all day around my neck with 1.4+ kg lenses. It is certainly a better option than the neck-straps that come with the camera.

Comments about Tamrac N-45 Foam Padded Leather Quick Release Camera Strap (Brown):
The Canon strap that came with my XTi was stiff, too wide and uncomfortable after wearing it around my neck for even short periods of time. The N-45 is perfect...a thin strap with a soft, padded suede leather section. It's comfortable even in the 100+ degree weather of Arizona.

Comments about Tamrac N-45 Foam Padded Leather Quick Release Camera Strap (Brown):
This is as good as I have found for my use. I have used it for years I have four. I like the Tan but not the Black strap, the black bleeds on you in the hot summer. I rated it four because I would like it longer when carrying multiple cameras, it just barely works for that.
