• Broad Media Compatibility: The Magicolor 2590MF prints on a variety of photo and office media including plain paper, thick stock, glossy stock, transparencies, labels, envelopes, and postcards, and it can print on standard media sizes from postcard (3.9 x 5.8") to legal (8.5 x 14"), or define your own custom size to support a variety of office projects.

• Stand Alone Copier: Conveniently copy originals up to 8.5 x 14" from the flatbed glass or automatic document feeder, then collate or customize copy jobs with intuitive one-touch control panel functions. Easily adjust lightness or density, quality mode, and resolution to enhance copy quality.

• Quality Scanner: Scan any document up 8.5 x 14" from the flatbed glass or automatic document feeder in detailed 24-bit color, and use the included LinkMagic and ScanSoft PaperPort II SE software from Nuance to scan pages to email, PDF, or other file format for easy sharing. You can even convert scanned documents to editable text with the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature.

• Fax Functions: The Magicolor 2590MF stand-alone 33.6 Kbps Super G3 fax includes 9 one-touch dials, 100 speed dials, group dial, broadcast, and 4 MB of fax memory. Use the included FaxTalk Communicator to send and receive digital faxes at the PC, annotate faxes before sending or printing, and turn your PC into a speakerphone and answering machine (PC fax modem required.

• Direct Photo Printing: Print digital color photos directly from a PictBridge-compatible digital camera with no PC or special software required, and Print 4 x 6" borderless photos with special media.

• Simple Operation: Pre-installed supplies and auto-run installation software mean you're up and running in just minutes, and convenient front access to the cartridges ensures easy replacement.
