The Konica-Minolta Magicolor 2590MF Color Laser All-in-One delivers essential business functions in a space-saving, cost-effective design, and is a fast and powerful addition to any workgroup. With a quick first-page output time of 13 seconds and 22 seconds (for B&W and Color respectively), the magicolor 2590MF won't keep you waiting. It is also equipped with Fast Ethernet and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interfaces, and a monthly duty cycle of 35,000 pages.
Customized, high-quality copies are a snap with the Magicolor 2590MF. Use the one-touch control panel to easily adjust settings including lightness and density for customized results, and copies up to 8.5 x 14" can be made with the flatbed or the automatic document feeder. Furthermore, an optional duplexer makes two-sided copies from one-sided originals at the click of a button. The magicolor 2590MF can also scan in beautifully detailed 24-bit color to a PC or directly to email with the 10/100BaseTX Ethernet interface. Then use the included LinkMagic or ScanSoft PaperPort 11 SE software to scan pages to email, PDF, or other file format for easy sharing. Users can also utilize the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature to convert scanned documents to editable text.
Fax capabilities are essential to a smooth-running office, so the built-in 33.6 Kbps Super G3 fax technology provides for stand-alone fax functions, and for added convenience, 9 one-touch dials, 100 speed dials, 125 broadcast stations, group dial, and 4 MB of fax memory are available. Plus you can save time by using the FaxTalk Communicator to send and receive digital faxes directly from your PC (requires PC fax modem), annotate and edit faxes, and use your PC as a speakerphone and answering machine.
You'll even be able to print digital color photos directly from a PictBridge-compatible digital camera with no PC or special software required. Choose from a variety of media choices, including glossy stock, up to 8.5 x 11". Users can also print 4 x 6" borderless photos with special media.
