The Frontbox FrameAlign from DSC Labs is a calibration chart that combines multiple framing formats in popular film-industry ratios: 4:3, 16:9, 1.85 and 2.39. It features a CamWhite background for accurate white balancing and a center production slate on the chart can be used with a dry-erase marker for scene identification. This chart can serve as a post-production reference, since the center circle shows aliasing and any image distortion due to aspect-ratio changes. The rear side of the chart also features a DSC Labs BackFocus chart.
