The HDD Cruiser Hard Disk Drive Sanitizer and Duplicator from Aleratec is a standalone device that can be used to copy or erase IDE hard disk drives. The unit features a sanitizer function, which can permanently erase data from up to four disks at once. It also features a duplicator function, which can be used to simultaneously create three copies from a single master disk. It is compatible with 3.5" IDE hard disk drives; an optional adapter to mount 2.5" IDE drives is available.
- Duplication
- The HDD Cruiser allows you to make up to three copies of a single hard disk simultaneously. Simply mount the master image in the top drive bay, mount the target disks and start copying. The enclosure features 10 fans and aluminum drive bays for efficient cooling and operation.
- Sanitation
- You'll be able to simultaneously erase data from up to four hard disk drives. The HDD Cruiser features One Pass, Three Pass with Verify, and Seven Pass DoD Wipe modes for secure operation.
