The EverFocus P-ALB-1 can be used to replace a faulty alarm board inside your EverFocus EDSR100H/ EDSR100M series DVR. Alarm boards are an essential component for any security DVR. Without them, you won't be able to receive alarms that trigger recording, or activate external devices, like turning on a light or locking a door, following an alarm condition. So, even if there is nothing wrong with yours, it's a good idea to keep one on hand, just in case.
