Most of our coworkers have the over the ear flat speaker that is annoying to wear. We bought the earbuds and LOVE them. They fit easily in the ear and we don't have to share! The only "con" is the little clothe that covers the earbud comes off easily. We are looking for replacements in case we lose them.
