The Sony VCT-SP1BP Monopod Camera Support System is a lightweight solution for moving camera support. This system includes a lightweight monopod with a telescopic shaft constructed of carbon fiber composite material, and a vest-type support harness for total mobility while shooting.

Excellent for my purposes. I've been practicing doing some wildlife videos, and i just used it to film a surprise birthday party. It worked superbly. It gives a look that's more active than a tripod, but much steadier than going handheld. It's made of quality materials and intelligent design. Definitely a handy kit to have in your videography arsenal.
