ITs a battery, and it works fine. You have should have at least 2-3 of these anyways if your worried about anything but for the last few months it has not given me any problems and works just like the battery that came with my Camera.

I bought this to power my new monitor and it works as advertised. It's on the smaller end, but buying 2 of these is cheaper than buying 1 of the larger batteries. Plus it's lighter which works well for the monitor.

This is a good replacement battery. A battery came with my Canon GL-2 when I bought it about 6 years ago, and I used it a lot for a few years. After not using it for the last 2 years, I found that it didn't hold a charge anymore. I bought this battery as a replacement, and it's working great.

This battery provided great relief on a film shot. We needed a battery ASAP since my camera did not come with one. This battery performed flawlessly. I have no troubles with it so far. A top positive feature is that is holds a great charge that lasts for hours. The only con I see is that it takes a while for it to fully charge, but that could just be my charger. For a third - party product, it's not bad at all. This battery is competitively priced; though I feel it is an appropriate price for the aspects.
