The 48x Advanced Zoom provides you with close-ups that, like the camera's already 37x optical zoom, are clear with no loss in video quality. Canon's exclusive Widescreen HR Recording captures every shot in full 16:9 video, the same way you see it on the 2.7" LCD display.

This camcorder features a Quick Start function, ensuring that you never miss the moment, Dolby Digital audio and DIGIC DVII for improved color and tone in your images. • DVD Recording: Record video and stills directly to DVD for playback in any standard definition DVD player after finalization. Sharing the moment with friends and family has never been faster. DVD-R/-RW discs can hold up to 30 minutes of SD video and 60 minutes in LP mode. DVD-R DL discs can store up to 108 minutes of video. The Visual Index on the DC-320 allows for fast look up of scenes when you're ready to playback your footage. You can also create a play list of shots in-camera for playback back on the LCD or later in your DVD player.

• Compact Design: Take this lightweight camcorder anywhere you go. Weighing in at less than a pound and featuring slim-styling you can fit the DC-320 in bag or purse for traveling or on-the-fly shooting. Shoot a single image or chose from Continuous, High Speed continuous or Auto Exposure Bracketing. Capture all your stills onto DVD or SD memory card.

• Digital Still Images: The DC-320 is not only a great camcorder but it doubles as a digital still camera as well. Special Scene Modes ensure that you get the best possible shot every time you shoot while Progressive Photo and the 9-point AiAf (Auto Intelligent Autofocus) make sure that your images have clean and clear detail.

• Quick Start: Never miss the moment again because you're waiting for your camcorder to start up. Pressing the Quick Start button once keeps your camera in sleep mode. When you're ready to start recording just hit the button again and you can begin recording in under a second.

• DIGIC DVII: DIGIC DVII makes your video and still images look better than ever thanks to improved color reproduction for skin tones and light and dark situations. This processor also reduces image noise with two types of noise reduction for clean, crisp video and stills.
