I have purchased 6 (six) rdv2020 motorola radio e have been using it in my company for at least 1 month.
It's a great product. Clear sound. No interference and covers with good signal any spot in the company.
The battery life also matches perfectly our needs.
Just one very small thing that sometimes bothers me is that you have to press the bottom and wait a bit until you're good to talk otherwise it cuts the first word you say.

We have a small camp and use them to communicate between staff. the two channels are give us an open channel and one to switch to for more private conversations when needed. There are no excess buttons to get inadverently pushed, like on our XTN series. A simple knob let's switch easily and only when we want to.

I use this product on bodies of water to communicate between a land station and vessel. Simplistic use, fits what I need.
If you don't need bells and whistles, this is a good product. I specifically needed vhf because I use a uhf data transmitter while working which interferes with uhf radios. No problems with this one.
