I've used this strap on my D700 for a while, and now I use one on my D300.
First, the strap is quite comfortable - yet not too elastic and bouncy - which has been my primary complaint about other straps such as the OpTech and Tamrac straps. I can carry a camera and pro lens around all day without the pain usually associated with shouldering such a burden. The weight is quite evenly distributed. It's also a very long strap, which may be useful for taller people.
Next, the metal quick release connectors give me a sense of confidence that I don't have with plastic connectors. This is particularly important when carrying a gripped body and large zoom such as the 70-200VR.
Finally, the zippered side pouches are quite handy. They're just large enough to hold a couple CF cards or a pair of AA batteries. I often carry an SB-400, and like the convenience of having extra batteries in the strap pockets without having to dig through pockets or camera bags.
The only things that keep the strap from being perfectly designed are
1. The metal connecting clips can scratch the LCD on a camera. I always take the strap off and tuck the attached portions of the strap under the camera. Not a big deal.
and...
2. The strap is just slightly heavier than the OpTech and Tamrac straps. This is a non-issue while shooting, as the comfort and weight distribution make for a pleasurable shooting experience. However, the added bulk might be inconvenient for tightly-packed camera bags.
Overall, the Kata is the best strap I've ever used. I now own three Kata straps (one is a Reflex C - which is now discontinued), and I've been using them for the last four years. I will continue to use these straps until I find something that works better.

I love the strap in that is it extremely comfortable the problem i have with it are the battery and card compartments.
I have two of these straps. One i use on my Canon Rebel xti, and for that particular camera the strap works great because the xti battery is the perfect size for the spare battery compartment. Also the clear plastic case that my spare Sandisk ultra II CF card came in fits in perfectly. However...
I also use the strap for my Canon 40D. Unfortunately the battery for this camera is too big to fit in the spare battery compartment on the strap. Also i discovered that the cases for the Sandisk Extreme III CF cards i'm using with this camera do not fit in the spare card compartment on the strap. Bummer.

Comments about Kata Reflex E Camera Strap:
This camera strap has made carrying my camera around my neck so much more enjoyable! The camera actually feels lighter. I love it! Only complaint is that the strap is a bit too long. But, the comfort outweighs that.

Comments about Kata Reflex E Camera Strap:
I used this camera strap with a heavy set-up. Nikon D700, 24-70 2.8 and a bracketed Q Flash.
On TWO separate occasions somehow the strap got wrapped around itself and released from it's little carabiniere and SMASH right to the floor.
I had no idea how this happened so I blamed myself the first time.
When it happened a second time I threw the strap away after it nearly cost me an entire photo shoot!
This strap should not be used if you care about your equipment.

Comments about Kata Reflex E Camera Strap:
It was definitely worth the [$] I threw down for it. I have a shoulder strap for a not so heavy camera that I now have very easy and safe access to whenever I see a shot. I would definitely go for this one over the $60+ alternative, unless you've just got money to blow.

Comments about Kata Reflex E Camera Strap:
The Reflex E camera strap is very comfortable; but that is not the only reason I purchased it. I also purchased it for its pockets. These turn out to be too small for any practicable purpose other than to store a spare SD card. Too small for a battery, too small for a lens cleaning kit and too small for anything other than a quarter. It's overall length was unbelievingly long and I am thinking of cutting it down. Just to show how long it is, I am six two and 250 pounds and its way way too long. Too bad they didn't put that material into the pocket.

Comments about Kata Reflex E Camera Strap:
I have a D7000, which isn't particulary heavy but still. This strap reduce the stress on my neck and the camera seems a little lighter that way.
The storage pocket are a great addition since a sd storage card can fit in it, but I use mine for transportation tickets. The neoprene part of the strap is really long, so I had to cut the strap a little but it's not a big deal.

Easy to adjust and nice and long (I like my camera down around my hip). NIce wide strap with a couple of places to store SD cards. Just came back from a week in Italy using this strap every day and I am very satisfied.

Comments about Kata Reflex E Camera Strap:
I bought this strap just before my recent 4 day trip to Milan. I was traveling light and did not want to carry a large camera bag. I am a big guy, so I was looking for a longer strap, and this did not disappoint. I also like the two small pockets on the strap. They are great for storing extra memory chips. This made changing memory easy and quick to do. This was great on the roof of the Duomo, where it was quite cold.

Comments about Kata Reflex E Camera Strap:
Combined with the Kata R-103 GDC Rucksack, it is a great system. I bought the bag and the camera strap. In order to use both and have them the correct length, I bought a couple of rings [...] and attached one set of straps to the bag with the rings attached at the bottom. One set of straps is permanently attached to my camera. Now I can go from the camera strap to the bag seamlessly and everything is always the correct length.

Comments about Kata Reflex E Camera Strap:
This camera strap works! It works as an ordinary strap, of course—and it's comfortable to wear. But it also attaches to rings on a photo vest, to transfer weight from the user's neck to the much better distribution afforded by the vest. It's secure and easy to use in either mode.
