I use this as both a standalone carry around as well as a case that goes inside a larger mobile video setup case I use for shooting video at my church.
For me this is the perfect size for being able to fit in the AC adapter and other cables I need for shooting on the go. If it has a drawback, it is not being large enough to fit in the addon lenses (0.7 wide and 1.7 tele) that I bought to go along with the Sony HDR-HC7 camcorder that calls this case home. But the next size up isn't really large enough either. So they get their own lens cases and go into the larger mobile video setup case.

My Sony HandyCam fits nicely in this case along with the charging cable and spare batteries. The only thing I don't like is the zippered pocket on the top of the case is too tight to get much of anything into it unless it a flat object. It could use more pockets.

I bought this case for my Sony 120GB camcorder. This case is made with high quality material that will last for a long time. It is a little small for me because it cannot hold a lot of extra accessories for my camcorder. Other than that it is a great case for the money.

I carry my sony video camera, an extra battery, power cord, cables to connect camera to MacBook Pro and mini HDMI to connect to my HDTV. I also sometimes carry Component video cables if I am travelling and want the option to display my camera output. My only suggestion is that this carrying case coud benefit from a few small pockets, pouches, etc.

I recently purchased a Sony HDR-150 camcorder and was looking for a case to go with it. It was the perfect choice being that it can hold all of the necessary cords and I can slide my digital camera in the bag as well. You can adjust the compartment to your liking as well.
