I bought the iPod Touch about a month ago, and I absolutly love it! It is very simple to use, because everything is right at your fingertips-literaly! There was nothing confusing about this product at all, and it is incredibly simple. The Wi-Fi only took five minutes to set up, and it is extremely reliable. There hasn't been one time where it hasn't worked, so right after you grab this out of the box, you are surfing the web, buying music, on YouTube, checking your Email, veiwing maps and the weather and checking stocks-all while listing to hundreds of your favorite songs! The music sounds great, the videos are crisp and clear, and the touch screen is very reliable, and will not get scratched. There were very little problems with this, and they were just that it was hard to set up an old Yahoo! Email account, and flash isn't allowed online, so YouTube videos are the only online videos you can watch. Other than those small glitches, this product is a great value, and I would recommend buying it for anybody. You also get the headphones, a cloth, a cord to hook up to your computer, and a dock, which makes it even more for your money, since there really isn't anything that you need to buy extra for it. This is a great product that I would recommend to anyone.

Some of the great things about a iPod touch is well pretty much everything. Almost nothing can go wrong. Now since Apple came out with the new software people can enjoy the opportunity to play games, have faster Wi-Fi, GPS their own selves. You know people really do use this stuff more than some people think.
Pro's
-Easy to set up.
-Wide screen, (great for movies and sharing photos).
-Direct iTunes store access, right from your hands.
-Internet (who wouldn't love that?)
-One touch directly to YouTube. (Yes!!)
Con's
There are not very many con's about a iPod Touch, as a matter of fact there are almost none.
BUT there is one thing that has been bothering my buddies and I.
That is: Can the January Software Update Be Deleted Off Of Your Computer?
I am saying this because I had the software update, one day I had it, and then the next time I plugged it into my computer, it suddenly got deleted off of my iPod. I have done almost everything to try and get it back but nothing seems to work. I have tried calling in but they say that they are not responsible for lost software. They said to try and back it up but i never knew if it was a program on my computer or not. Can anyone help me???!!!!

"Media player" only begins to describe what it can do. It is pure bliss surfing the web in Safari, compared to what I have been used to on other mobile devices. Finally, an Internet experience that is comparable to that of my home computer in the palm of my hands! The screen on the iPod touch is the perfect size with vivid color reproduction, a strong backlight, and decent viewing angles. The tracking movement which is incredibly smooth and fluid-like. A graceful swoop of your finger lets you drag a web page surface around the screen, or spin a 3D dial to adjust a timer.Scrolling, zooming, and other page navigation controls are handled all through finger motions. Software on the iPod touch, while limited, appears to be very well thought out. Each application loads without lag, works smoothly, and features (while basic) are incredibly each to use. The iPod touch interface is the solid glass surface which is virtually scratch-proof. Have I forgotten anything? I give the product an A+.

So far I have been quite happy with this Ipod Touch. It serves me very well for the primary purpose of the purchase...as an address book and calendar that does not use a stylus (which I hate using) and with an easy interface. I agree that it is not quite as powerful for some applications as the good Palm units, but for general calendar keeping and for a great system for contacts, it is perfect. Connecting to the internet has been a cool new feature from what I was used to and I quite like that as well. The games and such that are available for download seem pretty cool but I really don't care much either way (certainly not a reason for me to buy the Ipod Touch).
The only downside that I have so far is the sync'ing with MS Outlook. I have had absolutely no problems with the sync'ing of the contacts but for some reason that I have yet to figure out (or even try to figure out), this is not sync'ing the calendar with my MS Outlook. Maybe it is because my outlook is server based through my work or maybe it is some stupid thing I am doing....I will eventually work harder to figure out why that is the case but overall, this was well worth the money.

Most of you have probably heard that this is the iPhone without the phone application. But its better, i've heard. from the moment I saw it back in September '07 I knew it was gonna be my next iPod. The controls are extremely easy to use and fun. And...for only $9.95 more you can get the 2.0 Apple Software Upgrade. I would highling recomdend this to anyone except for one tiny probably. The price. It's a little expensive. But i'm sure Apple will work on that. They always do.

Mostyl I use the Ipod touch to listen to music but it is very useful for sharing picures with friends (since I can pick which ones I want to put on the device). I like the function of putting an alarm to remind me of specific events/plans I have.It is very slick and easy to use.
