This cable can work great with your metz flash...but be careful if you own the turbo 3 power pack.....it is very easy to plug it in incorrectly and that will result in a fried useless cable..happened to me twice before i finally called quantum and found out what went wrong...so make sure to line it up properly when inserting...
On a second note..they have updated the connector that plugs into the power pack so it is much tighter and now it does not pull out so easily..

I have many quantum cables and when i recently purchased a new metz flash i bought this cable..
first thing i noticed is that it does not connect very well to the flash...this is not a quantum problem entirely as Metz designed a new cable insertion point which is very tight and covered by a sliding slot..and this cable does not plug in very securely to the flash...
secondly...it seems a bit too short..my other quantum cables are all much longer and this one seems too short..on more than one occasion I would look and see that the plug that fits into the battery pack had come out..perhaps it is just my shooting style but i have not had this issues with previous cables..
I did keep this cable but i am rather wary when using it and have to constantly keep my eye on the connections...
