Terrific for folks who move from hotel to hotel with a laptop and need access to hard copy documents on a pretty regular basis. Produces first class results quickly with no fuss. I use it with a USB cable, although it will function wirelessly I can't comment on that having never used that feature.
Footprint is slightly larger than a letter size sheet. It's a bit heavy to carry around all day in a briefcase, but I'm not aware of anything appreciably lighter, and it can be done of you need to. Unit functions quite well on included battery for the odd print job here and there on the run. Has a very high page rate, although if you regularly print multi-page documents this might not be for you...per-page costs are pretty high.
Can't comment on reliability as I've only put a couple of hundred pages through it, but not a hint of a problem so far.

Its mobile, obviously if you are looking for a full feature printer your going to look elsewhere, but if you want to print on the road this is the way to go. I had a Cannon mobile printer for a long time. They are both good, but I think I like this one better. The battery is convienent. I can fit this in a soft sided briefcase w/my laptop. Don't expect to get more than 500 pages from a cartridge, they run around $20 apiece. B&H photo was excellant to deal with, I think the printer was on my doorstep within 3 days, and the price was significantly less than all of the other major electronic and office retailers.

i use this for printing invoices & quotes at trade shows. it's terrific. i can't even guess how long the battery lasts, i printed all day long for 2 days and never had any trouble. plus, if you have the officejet 6310 like i do, they share the exact same ink cartridges. anyhow, i'm pretty happy with it.
