This fan replaced the 2-wire fan in my portable 12V Peltier food cooler/warmer. The original fan was junk and froze solid within a year. The Antec fan has variable speeds, which is a nice addition, and it's very efficient. It's a bit louder on high speed than the old fan, but at nearly twice the CFM it's worth it.

I bought this Antec fan to replace a failing fan in a 3 year-old HP PC. It was easy to install, and it comes with screws and a power source adaptor, which would allow it to be installed in a variety of PCs, with varying motherboard connectors. I've had it in for about a month, and I haven't had any issue.
It is more powerful than the original equipment, and is therefore slightly noisier. It operates at varying speed (determined by the motherboard, based on ambient temp in the case), so it's only noisy when it internal case requires extra cooling.
