This is like having a teacher at home with you to help train on Final Cut Express. The class at the Apple store was cool but only last for one hour each session, having the book saves gas and time. With the book and video you train when you want for as long as you want. You get to train on each lesson until you feel ready to move on. This is a great training tool.
