Adcom GFP-715 Wide Bandwidth Stereo Preamplifier

The Adcom GFP-715 Preamplifier offers superb functionality and heavy-duty design that will be hard to match. It is a versatile switching control-center for your home audio system, offering 4-stereo line-level inputs for DVD/CD, tuner, tape, aux units, and 2-stereo pre-amp outputs (one bypass) for sub-woofer or multiple amplifier connections.

Moreover, it features Class A circuitry, tape loop for outboard processors, tape monitoring, 5Hz - 100KHz frequency response, and an audio signal-to-noise ratio of 100dB. Its front panel offers volume, bass, treble, balance controls, source selection buttons, and headphone jack. Because of the high efficiency of its design, the Adcom GFP-715 reproduces exceptional sound quality with outstanding switching capabilities.

• Engineered Excellence and Design: Simplicity of design and superior quality of its wide bandwidth processors, power supply, and construction make it a definitive leader in the industry.

• Tape Monitor: Confirms that signals are present at tape outputs. If a 3-head tape recorder is connected, activating this circuit enables direct monitoring from the recording.

• Phono Input: It offers a high quality phono stage that accepts signals from Moving Magnet and High Output Moving Coil phono cartridges capable of an outstanding analog audio reproduction.

• Infrared Repeaters: This unit offers the ability to connect an infrared repeater, such as the IRA-500II (optional), to control other remote controlled components.

• Remote Sensor Extension Input: Simply connect the (optional) XR-500II to the remote sensor extension input of this unit to expand remote control capabilities to another room or zone.

• Infrared Remote Control: The supplied remote control duplicates the frequently used front panel controls.
