Bought this for my stepson, he loves it. Plenty of room for his extra lenses and camera accessories. Great for his hiking trips and carrying along his camera to get the good shots.

At last a bag to hold all my equipment. 2 slr bodies, 18 200 zoom, 11 16 zoom 18 50 zoom a canon compact 2 flashguns lens, hoods filters and binoculars. The construction is excellent, the bag is very well padded with strong but comfortable shoulder straps,and strong and very easy to get at zippers, but the front wing covers are a bit difficult. That besides this the best bag I have used by a mile and have no hesitation in giving it the highest recomendation

Much lighter than my pack that has wheels, so I really enjoy this bag. Had room for everything I need.
Little clips on the side kept getting in the way when using the zipper, but I would say that is getting a too picky

Wanted a Backpack for two camera bodies and three lenses, plus accessories. This is the best one I have tried. Well-padded and not heavy.

I hike and take landscape and nature photos. I wanted a big enough pack to carry camera and a couple of lenses plus my tripod and this pack is perfect!

I must say that I have two other Tamrac camera bags and am very partial to the sturdy and professional design of the Tamrac bags. I knew the bag would be top quality, but I was not too sure about how my equipment would fit.

Pleasantly surprised, very roomy for body w/lens, multiple exta lenses, flash, etc. side compartments are great for storing small items (memory cards, cords, batteries, etc.) The laptop portion of the bag is on the outside of the bag, which I prefer compared to other models which have the laptop riding close to the wearer's back... I think this would put a bit too much strain/pressure on the laptop and potentially damage it. The laptop on the outside is easy to store and access when needed. The zipper is a water-resistant type which has a rubber seal on it, wouldn't say waterproof as it does have a small crack which does not seall 100%, but in reality it cannot do so and still function as a zipper... to be water tight / water proof, the zipper would need to be similar to a scuba drysuit zipper.

I'd certainly recommend the bag. I thought it would be much bulkier than it is. It looks good, stores the equipment safely, and rides well on the back.

Overall this product exceeded my expectations. It is very good size. It holds two camera bodies, four lenses, a flash and all the accessories that I use. A great product.

As of now it seems to be just what I ordered... everything fits OK and seems to be fairly well protected. If anything,I under ordered in size,but when the time comes I can all ways order another one...

Sometimes I wish to be a little spacier,but mostly hold all my gear I need.For longer hiking is not much comfortable,but for shorter trips is nice.[...]Just for this is really worth spend $$

I can not give this pack 5 stars as for the price it seems just a tad undersized. The outer pockets really can't handle much and trying to put filters in the inner pockets leave very little room for anything else.However, the pack is remarkably built tuff and durable. I expected more for what I paid for.(a bit bigger would have been nice).

This is an ok backpack to keep all my camera items in one place. It is very wide and I would have prefered a bag that didn't stick out so far from my back when I am in the field. Also it does not fit my 13 in laptop. I will use this as a storage bag and when I am traveling, but will probably get another bag to use in the field.

I'm loving this bag! It carries my Canon 50D with 70-200 2.8 lens attached, a 2nd 50D body, a wide angle lens, 2 speedlights, & all the batteries & memory cards, etc that I need. I needed a bag to fit all this in without being too big for me and this is it. This backpack fits my equipment and fits me at 5'4".

The Expedition 5x is constructed very well. The size was just right for the amount of equipment that I was carrying. It was able to hold my Nikon D80 with a Tokina 80-400mm lens attached. Also room for 3 additional lenses,flash,picture viewer, and in the zip packets it held filters and other accessories.

It was not too heavy to walk with it on for a day trip. The waist strap and chest strap distribute the weight well. I travelled with it on a plane and the backpack fit under the seat in front of me.

Perfect for protection and organization. Holds everything including a 70-200mm lens (on or off the camera). It's made to take abuse. The one disappointment was that the Laptop sleeve is not quite large enough for a Mac 13". Also consider that if you are traveling the 5X is not large enough for many additional items that you might take on a plane, e.g. food, sweater, headphones, drink... If this is the case, get the larger case.

This is a great product. Have used many different bags in the past. I have not had any that comparied to this bag. would recommend to anyone.
