The Canon Pixma MX7600 Office All-In-One Printer is well suited to high volume home office needs. Canon's patented print head technology and 5-color ink system can produce superb photos with up to 4800 x 1200 color dpi resolution to deliver the highest quality output for business, as well as photo projects, yet it is also incredibly fast - printing a 4 x 6" borderless photo in about 43 seconds.

Canon's innovative PgR ink system uses a higher-intensity black pigment ink along with a clear ink and specially formulated color pigment inks to deliver superior photos and graphics even when using plain paper - and of course, you'll get laser-quality text - perfect for business use.

There is a built-in Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) that holds up to 35 originals, so it's much easier to copy, scan or fax large documents, and it enables automatic duplexing so you don't have to manually turn over your 2-sided original.

The Pixma MX7600 can print photos right from compatible memory cards, and users can select and enhance images on the 1.8" color LCD display, or print photos directly from a digital camera, DV camcorder or camera phone, without a computer, thanks to PictBridge direct printing or the IrDA interface.

The scanning capability of this All-In-One can produce 4800 x 9600-dpi scans with vibrant 48-bit color depth. Plus, it achieves Super G3 fax speed in color and B&W, and its memory can store 100 speed dial locations and receive 250 incoming pages into memory. It is also equipped with an Ethernet connection for easy home or office networking.

High Resolution Printing
Precision ink nozzles and microscopic 2-picoliter sized ink droplets create high resolution photos-up to 4800 x 1200 color dpi.
Advanced Inks for Business Use
The newly-developed PgR ink system uses a higher-intensity black pigment ink along with a clear ink and specially-formulated color pigment inks. You'll see superb print quality on photos and graphics even when using plain paper, along with smudge-resistant, laser-quality text. This advanced ink technology enables you to quickly and economically create high-quality presentations suitable for business use.
Six Individual Ink Tanks
This Office All-In-One uses five pigment inks and a clear ink for clean, laser-quality text and fabulous photo colors. The individual tanks are easy to use: replace only the color that runs out, rather than a multi-color tank containing unused ink, which can reduce waste and lower your printing costs.
Spectacular Resolution
This powerful office all-in-one printer delivers a resolution of up to 4800 x 1200dpi color for spectacular detail and clarity. Its print head ejects precise, consistent droplets as small as 2 picoliters for smoother images. 1
Smarter Document Handling
The built-in Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) holds up to 35 originals, so it's easy to copy, scan or fax your longer documents. It also enables automatic duplexing, so when you're copying or scanning a two-sided letter-size document, you don't have to wait, and then manually turn over the original - the ADF handles everything for you.
Network Connectivity
The Ethernet interface of the Pixma MX7600 lets you establish or connect to a home or office network, and easily share the unit amongst a workgroup.
Fast Faxes and Expanded Memory
The Pixma MX7600 all-in-one can achieve Super G3 fax speed (33.6 Kbps) in color and B&W. Its expanded memory can store up to 100 of your speed-dial codes, and up to 250 incoming fax pages - especially convenient when receiving long faxes, or if you run out of paper. 2
Two Paper Trays
Two built-in paper trays let you store photo paper in the Auto Sheet Feeder and letter or legal size plain paper in the cassette making it easy to switch from business printing to photo printing.
Preview, Then Print
Before printing, you can preview and fine tune your images using the 1.8" TFT Color LCD display.
Print From Compatible Memory Cards
The memory card slot lets you print photos directly from CompactFlash (type I & II), Microdrive, Secure Digital (SD/SDHC) Card, MultiMediaCard (MMC), Memory Stick, and Memory Stick Pro memory cards - No computer needed.

Comments about Canon Pixma MX7600 Office All-In-One Printer:

Great printer overall, it just does makes a whole lot of noise and a whole lot of thinking before it ACTUALLY prints. I use it for a home office, which is perfect, but can't handle higher capacity type stuff.

Comments about Canon Pixma MX7600 Office All-In-One Printer:

This is my fourth Canon Pixma all-in-one printer.
Apparently, the machine brakes after 12 to 18 months use.Canon offers a replacement program for previous owners, but their "special" price is above all other retailer's price! This is a fool's bargain.

Comments about Canon Pixma MX7600 Office All-In-One Printer:

It is a great machine and seems to do what it is supposed to do. 8x10 photos look very good and not washed out. The ink cartridges are only obtainable by mail as there is no retailer in these parts. It is not wireless or blue tooth to a computer.

A lemon of a printer

Pros

  • Easy To Use

Cons

  • Large Footprint
  • Slow Operation
  • Unreliable
  • Very poor photo-printing

Best Uses

  • Everyday printing
  • Faxing
  • Scanning copying docs

Comments about Canon Pixma MX7600 Office All-In-One Printer:

I love all of it's functionality...scanning, copying, faxing, and general printing is great. However, the color and density of my photo-printing has always been grossly off. The printer's inks run out quickly - even with just moderate usage - and the ink is expensive. My printer heads frequently required cleaning to fix banding issues, which weren't always resolved. And just today, the printer turned itself off and won't turn back on. I bought it a little over a year ago, so it's now out-of-warranty and probably not worth the cost of repair. Definitely won't buy this type of printer from Canon again.

Comments about Canon Pixma MX7600 Office All-In-One Printer:

In our small home office it is very acceptable. Canon has done a nice job in maintaining color accuracy. The only small issue we have with the machine is the slow start-up in printing copy. For what-ever reason, the machine seems to take an usual time digesting information.
