I used this with my Canon printer and it worked perfectly after a little finagling. If you have trouble, make sure you have the correct driver. That was my mistake. Once remedied--perfect!

I purchased a Canon iP-100 portable printer a couple years ago(BEST Ink-Jet printer I ever owned). I dreamed of going 'Bluetooth' but did not want to spend the extra $50-$60 bucks for the BU-30. I found the BU-30 at B&H video for a VERY good price and FREE shipping so I "bit the bullet". The iP-100 has a hidden area inside just for the BU-30 so there is no Adaptor outside the unit to risk getting broken. I am very happy with the now wireless Canon Printer.

I use this product in conjunction with a Canon iP100 PIXMA printer in order to print from my iPhone 4S and MacBook Pro. I was looking for a portable printer that could be taken to my parents house during holidays or special occasions in order to provide quick and easy printing of pictures of their grand kids.

I believe in brand compatibility, and went with this product as opposed to other Bluetooth dongles. Caveat: I have been a Canon camera/video/printer user for the past 15 years.

It fits as one would expect, and has given me reliable usage throughout the few weeks that I've owned and utilized the equipment.

bought this little baby for my Canon ip 100 portable printer. Works pretty slick - now there's no need for me to mess around with an USB cable - one less thing to keep track of - especially when traveling. It fits right inside the printer so it doesn't show anything sticking out - I like that! Makes for a nice clean installation. I'd also like to make a comment about B&H... been buying stuff from them for a couple of years now and they always come through. NO HASSLES... stuff just shows up at my doorstep. I'm always amazed at their speedy delivery. Keep up the good service B&H! ...and, their prices are fair and better than a lot of other places, but the BEST thing... you can count on their reliability and that is worth more than maybe saving a few bucks at the cost of frustration. I bought this item to make my iP100 Bluetooth compatible. My iPad does not recognize it and my Windows 7 neither. But I'm confident I will find a solution soon for the Windows 7 computer.

Works great...but you have to do a Google search to find out how to get it installed. Why Canon doesn't include more help - who knows! But once installed it's nice.

The bluetooth wireless adapter is a great option, if you don't have a wireless network to hook your printer up to. I can print using my Bluetooth on my laptop up to 30' from the printer. I have had no issues printing this way as of yet. The only draw back would be scanning. I cannot scan using Bluetooth, I still have to hook up with the USB cable. Not the end of the world for me though.

There should be instructions included. I got this for my wireless printer, and have used the printer help pages, which haven't helped me at all. I still don't have it working.

Just plug it in to your Selphy cp800 and start printing from your cell phone or other blue tooth device, no problems what so ever.

Easy installation with a compact discreet lightweight size. Works perfectly for the wireless or portable savy user. If your computer does not have Bluetooth you can easily attach a Bluetooth USB Adapter ie Iogear Bluetooth Adapter. Softwares and installation for both are a breeze though require some reading, the time is well worth it. As for the price- I feel that it is within reasonable means. I has little ones running around my small work area when I am indoor so having to de-clutter and go wireless is more practical than having cords and wires across the room just waiting for someone to trip, damage a device, get hurt, and having to go to the hospitals ER and paying an expensive medical bill is quiet a chaos I am avoiding especially in this though economic times. Great wireless within 10 meters (30-33feet). Good Luck to all the wireless savvys!
