I bought this case for my daughter, which she does use. Her last camera got broke from dropping it too many times with no protection. Now she keeps this little case on her camera all the time. Easy to open and put camera in. It has to be very stylish too for a teenager to use.

It is good looking. It fits the camera and it is durable. It helps protect the camera. Only one thing I suggest that the hole on the cover should be a little bigger so the string stopper can go through.

I bought this case to protect for my wife's new Cannon Powershot SD1100 camera when she carries it in her purse. It fits the camera perfectly & provides great protection.

Nice case. My camera slips in and out easily, yet doesn't 'fall' out. Snaps shut. Lite weight.

I got the blue leather case and noticed that it smelt bad. The glue that was used in the manufacturing process was smeared on the side carelessly. I would have liked to see this case with a belt hook instead of the loop.
Its size was definitely bigger than the sd1000 case while the cameras were almost identical in size.
I would rate this product a two or three at the most.

This case, though protective, makes an otherwise slim compact camera bulky in the pocket. The case is advertised as soft leather which it isn't. I had an older Canon Elf film camera which had a soft plyable leather case which I think would be more suited for the Canon PowerShot SD1100 to maintain its compactness.
