The Bushnell Excursion FLP 2.4"/60mm Spotting Scope with 15-45x Zoom Eyepiece Kit uses Folded Light Path (FLP) technology to reduce size and weight without having to sacrifice performance. Bushnell uses Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass in this updated Excursion spotting scope, to deliver premium color resolution and contrast, particularly in low-light conditions.
The Excursion FLP spotting scope features rugged construction. It is waterproof and fogproof, and sports rubber armoring to protect the scope in the field. It comes with a hard carrying case, scope glove and compact tripod.

Comments about Bushnell Excursion FLP ED 2.4"/60mm Spotting Scope Kit:
This scope is much better than what I used to use. Target shooting at 100 and 400 yards I am able to see the bullet holes much clearer than my old scope. Old scope was a cheap generic scope, that we couldn't see our holes at 400. We can make them out with this scope.

Comments about Bushnell Excursion FLP ED 2.4"/60mm Spotting Scope Kit:
This is the first spotting scope I have used so I cannot compare it to other models. I am using it at the rifle range to spot targets at 100-300 yards and this all the scope I need and more. The optical clarity is superb, zoom and focus are smooth and easy to use and the nice hard case and zippered all-weather cover are a nice touch.
This scope might be a bit heavy for hand held or backpacking use. But, I can spot boats on the lake 5 miles away and tell how many people are on board (barely) in bright daylight.
I am not impressed with the flimsy kit tri-pod and will get a nice sturdy replacement as soon as I can. I had to spend way too much time fiddling with it to sit on target, as if the scope is a little too heavy for the little tri-pod.
I will recommend this scope to others.

Comments about Bushnell Excursion FLP ED 2.4"/60mm Spotting Scope Kit:
I have used the scope now for a while and I have to say it exceeds my expectations. Very compact for the magnification. Very bright. I can't use binoculars due to an eye condition.
