Comments about Panasonic SC-BT100 Blu-ray Home Theater System:
Makes viewing movies at home a fantastic experience. Sound is incredible and blu ray is incredibly sharp. I ordered 2 more speakers to make it a 7.1 system. Very easy to set up and connect to Panasonic Viera TV's. Con is that rear speakers are NOT completely wireless.

Comments about Panasonic SC-BT100 Blu-ray Home Theater System:
Just bought this system and added it with my new 47" HDTV. Sound is fantastic!! Rumbles the floors when a Blue Ray (or DVD) is played. Very easy to set up, had no problem getting the surround rear wireless speakers to work. The speakers are small and non-obtrusive. The whole thing was up and running in 1/2 hour. Very clean design and nice to have everything in 1 system, minimal wires. Great price! Found similar systems for twice as much.

Comments about Panasonic SC-BT100 Blu-ray Home Theater System:
We purchased the SC-BT100 home theatre system because we wanted to simplify wiring & use the "viera link" with the new Panasonic wide screen tv we had recently purchased.I am really happy with the sound quality, and the blu-ray dvd picture is incredible. The wiring set up manual is a bit confusing, and the Panasonic "help line" number was no help.(waited a long time & then was disconnected). Finally, the directv people told me how the wires should be plugged in & it worked great. It has plenty of volume for our medium sized living room, [...] and at a good price.I have bought from them online several times with no problems. The wireless back speakers work good, but be aware that the 2 back speakers are attached by wires to each other, which gives you about a 12 foot spread between them, with the included wiring.I think the receiver is attractive, as well. Hope this helps.

Comments about Panasonic SC-BT100 Blu-ray Home Theater System:
I bought this system to go along with a new Panasonic HDTV I purchased. In hindsight, I should have purchased separate components (i.e. Onkyo theater system, separate blu-ray player, etc). I use this to primarily watch movies and listen to music. The video quality is great and the sound is good. The biggest drawback is the time is takes to power the unit on and the time it takes to switch functions (example = going from DVD mode to radio, aux, etc). Other than that, this is a good unit for a <$600 price point (anymore than that, one should buy separate components).
