Bowens Softbox - ~55x40" (140x100cm)
This is a Bowens Softbox. It's front diffuser measures 55 x 39.5" (140 x 100cm). The Bowens range of soft boxes has been developed to offer photographers the very highest-quality light source at a very modest cost. Their silver interior and shallow construction offer a high degree of efficiency while a translucent diffuser ensures even light distribution.
For a completely even spread of light an internal diffuser has been included to minimise the possibility of hotspots. To ensure easy transportation of your softbox a simple zip up carry case is included as well as a speedring and an 'S' type adaptor for immediate mounting to your Bowens monolight.
Also included is a spare rod. Each softbox will accept all Wafer adapters and can be used with most popular flash systems.
- "S" Ring
- The adapter ring has a unique design that tilts out as the box is assembled. When the fourth wand is inserted into the adapter ring, the whole adapter swings into the assembly and locks into place -- no more struggling with a difficult fourth wand.
- Suggested Use
- Ideal for large group shots and commercial photography as well as room sets and general photography where a very soft light is required.

I'm a professional photographer. Wanted a new large softbox capable of shooting familys. I love the size of the box, but find it extremely hard to put together on my Profoto ring. I have to use pliers to take it apart.
