Bought this modem to replace the modem Comcast was leasing me. Since Comcast decided to raise their rental rate 67% in one swoop and not advise me of such except to stick it on the bill, I decided they could have it back. This modem was easy to install and with a 10 minute call to the Comcast techs to register the new modem, I was up and running. Very satisfied with its performance and would have given it 5 stars, however, it is brand new (installed 11/22/09) and I have no experience with its longdivity.
