I've used Comply foamies and I have to say that the Shure Black Foam Sleeves (better known as a Shure Black Olives), are phenomenal. They are cost efficient, and actually washable and durable to last you months, rather than the mere weeks provided by Comply foamies. These Shure Olives are compatible with both Westone products and Etymotic products. I use it on the ER-4S and W4 and I get amazing comfort and isolation from them.

Almost 100% of use is at work hooked up to a laptop or during exercise. Excellent noise reduction and great bass/mid response which is usually lacking in other standard headphones. These are extremely durable, especially when compared to the Bose in-ear headphones. The wires are strong and ready for action. These replacements are great and bring back that nose reduction that I lost when the old sleeves got worn out.
