Comments about Manfrotto 032B Single Autopole, Black:
This product is awesome. However, when I bought it from B&H it came packaged with 2 rubber bottom feet which isn't correct. There should be a bottom and Top. The top one is slightly smaller to fit in the pole. Being that it came with 2 bottoms one naturally didn't fit on the top part of the pole, deeming the entire unit unusable. I'm sure this isn't a b&h fault it is a manfrotto fault but it you do buy this product be sure you check it before you leave the store because I didn't and I got home to find it unusable and B&H wasn't open to sell me the [$]rubber top!! of course I had a shoot the next day and couldn't use my new product when I really needed to. Additionally you have to return the whole unit back either by bringing it to the store or sending it back for an exchange. They would not just send me the rubber top. This inconvenience wasn't fun but otherwise the product is awesome.
