Final Cut Pro 200: A Comprehensive Study of Final Cut Pro from Manhattan Edit Workshop is an on-site five-day training course for editors who use Final Cut Pro. The course highlights the primary feature set and interface of Final Cut Pro 6. It is designed for students who seek an in-depth understanding of Final Cut Pro's technical capabilities.
Attendees will cut a sample narrative project, allowing them to learn the creative aspects of editing and real-world workflows in a hands-on manner. Topics covered by the course include basic setup, customizing preferences and settings, capturing video and audio, editing and trimming techniques, ripple, roll, slip and slide tools, audio editing, time remap, motion titles, clip speed, militia media management, finishing and title creation using LiveType, and final output.
