Comments about DiCAPac WP-110 Waterproof Case:
My son went scuba diving for first time-shallow water less than 30 ft and was able to take great pictures with his camera and this underwater case. He was able to work his camera buttons with no problem. Very inexpensive way to really capture all aspects of our vacation.

Comments about DiCAPac WP-110 Waterproof Case:
I bought this for use on my snorkeling trip next month. I tested in the kitchen sink and it is waterproof as advertised. The case seems to be well-made. I took some pictures. The lens are very clear. You do have to watch out for the side of the lens, which might show up on your photos. However, I have yet to use it in actual underwater photography.

Comments about DiCAPac WP-110 Waterproof Case:
I bought this waterproof case, not for underwater use, but to use on a sailboat cruise. It proved completely inferior. Aligning the camera with the telephoto opening on the case was impossible, unless you checked every time you took a shot. Most of the time a black circle appears around every photo. Plus, under certain lighting conditions, there's a glare that appears on the photo, probably due to the outside "lens" reflecting on the actual camera lens. In addition, after using the case for no more than a day or two, the main flap of the case tore off, partly and then completely. This case ruined many photos taken in some of the most beautiful, spectacular spots of the Caribbean--it's not worth even trying. My advice: buy a real waterproof camera housing or invest in a new waterproof camera.

Comments about DiCAPac WP-110 Waterproof Case:
put the camera in, ziplock, roll, velcro, velcro and turn it on.
I did notice a little dampness inside on one of my four usages but I'll chalk that up to user error. I was able to remove the camera and dry it all out in a minute without damage.
It was nearly impossible to see through the viewfinder or even use the 3 inch display because of the bag and snorkel gear so most of the snaps were done blind but that was fun anyway.

Comments about DiCAPac WP-110 Waterproof Case:
Just returned from Tulum Mexico where I used the Dicapac waterproof case several times with a Cannon SD1000. I am pleased with the performance. It is a one-size-fits-all device so it took several tries to learn how to hold the camera in the bag in the best position for photos. I got some great underwater photos. My camera stayed dry in the bag.
My only concern is durability, it is made of plastic. I noticed a slight tear that might lead to a failure in the first seal after my sixth swim. I stuffed some tissue paper in the bag which helped hold the camera in the best position and would give you first alert of water leaks. In any event, I intend to replace it after two years or maybe 30 or 40 snorkeling swims.

Comments about DiCAPac WP-110 Waterproof Case:
I use this regularly with several point-and-shoot digital cameras, mostly at the beach, surfing and snorkeling. It is great for what it is - a cheap water housing. The lens is cheap polycarbonate and does take away some sharpness and contrast from the images. If one is not careful about sealing it properly, there is a chance of leakage, but I've never had an issue with it. It's great for taking to the beach even if you don't take it in the water -it keeps the sand and dirt out of the camera. Definetely worth the money for the casual snapshots.

I mountain bike and like to take pictures when I preride the courses. Sometimes the weather is not the greatest. This cover is perfect for my Coolpix S630 and protects it from the rain and the mud of the race trails.

Comments about DiCAPac WP-110 Waterproof Case:
This is an awesome way to get an underwater camera at a low low cost. I had one of these for my other digital camera and it was a must have for my new camera. Very easy to use, you get great underwater shots and if your digital camera has a video option you can take underwater movies! I used mine in Hawaii while snorkeling and took awesome shots of turtles! This is a Must Have!!
