The PL-8 from Allen & Heath is a Logic Control Panel for use with the iDR system. This small module is made of 2 circuit cards, which can be locally mounted in a single unit wall box. Each PL-8 has four contact closure switch inputs and four transistor logic outputs for external equipment control. The PL-8 is ideal for use as a multi-function remote controller for a variety of devices including alarm systems, room divider switching, paging controls, event triggers and various custom switches and indicators with its combination of switch input and logic outputs.
