These little balls of joy really help in knocking down the wind noise that can ruin audio recordings. I had gone years without them after losing the windscreen on my Evolution lav. I made due with in-ear headphone foam but it was never the same. Glad I found these little guys. They are indispensable.

Put these on my Sony wireless lavs. It's easy to lose 'em (not unique to the Pearstones, just a universal truth), so it's handy to have several on-hand during a shoot. Still, for what these are, it's hard to understand the price tag.

The foam slides right over the mesh mic protector and fits like a glove. Small enough to leave it on all the time - inconspicuous yet effective in light wind.

The foam windscreen from Pearstone works great. We live and use our equipment in West Texas where the wind blows continously. The wind noise completely blocked from the audio by the protection that this "Windscreen" from Pearstone provided. What a blessing from HaShem!
