Comments about Kodak EasyShare Z8612 IS Digital Camera:
Feels cheap but works great. It has great zoom. I bought it for my 60 year old mother who has a hard time with small knobs and small writing. She loves it and finds it so easy to use.

Comments about Kodak EasyShare Z8612 IS Digital Camera:
Absolutely great camera! Love all the features! the only thing that could be better is the lens cap is too smal and falls off and there is no viewfinder but you learn to live without it, other than that it's a wonderful camera.

Comments about Kodak EasyShare Z8612 IS Digital Camera:
I've enjoyed photography many years, starting with 35 MM and more recently Digital. I am not a professional and my knowledge is limited. I was some concerned that I would be able to use the camera to it's full potential. An e-mail to your Tech's told me that I could use the camera successfully. I bought the camera and am glad I did. I am enjoying it and the programs provided by Kodak very much.
Thanks B&H

Comments about Kodak EasyShare Z8612 IS Digital Camera:
This camera is used primarily for a variety of Landscapes and Low-light portraits. The digital zoom is phenomenal and is the main reason I chose this model. It's one & only drawback is battery consumption for the normal CRV3 type battery. Especially when using the HD video function. I highly recommend the investment in the Li-Ion Rechargeable battery with charger for triple your still picture taking pleasure.
