The Delkin ImageRouter is designed for use by the serious or professional photographer who uses multiple cards on a shoot, and will save you a significant amount of time transferring your images to a computer. Plus, the included BackupandBurn software helps users manage the downloads by automatically renaming files based on user-set parameters, and provides the capability to copy files to multiple locations and automatically burn images to a CD or DVD.
Constantly having to load and unload cards from a reader means you are tied to your desk during the whole process. The ImageRouter frees you from your desk and greatly improves workflow efficiency by providing four CompactFlash card slots for simultaneous download. Users can also hook up multiple ImageRouter card readers, or other types of card readers for even more slots because the Imagewriter is also a powered USB Hub.

Comments about Delkin Devices ImageRouter Card Reader/Writer & USB Hub with BackupandBurn Software:
The router is pretty cool, let's you plug and download 4 cards at the same time. I have not done scientific speed tests, but just being able to walk away while 4 cards are being digested is cool.
The software is another story: it is overly complicated for what it does, and get this: it only downloads from one card at a time! I thought it was a mistake so I checked with their technical support, but no, this is how it was designed.
So get the kit that does not include the backupandburn software, you can always download a trial version to play with it. I just use windows explorer to do all the transfers at once.
