The cb-2ly battery charger I purchased came right on time, I'm getting ready to go to New Yrok for the first time, and I needed to charge the battery for my digital Camera. The charger looks alot my old one and charges just as good. The order process was simple and it didn't take a long time for me to receive it.

When I lost my camera battery charger, I tried to save money by replacing it with an "off brand" charger from a discount online seller, but it never charged the batteries as well as it should have, so it was a complete waste. I should have known better; you can't beat Canon quality and reliability. The batteries charge quickly and I like the fact that the plug is built in, so there is no need for an electric cord.

I keep a back-up charger on hand for our travels. This one is handy and effective. We particularly like its ease of use--plugs into an outlet directly, and since it works on 110 or 220, it is ready to go with an outlet converter without haveing to use a transformer.

Canon no longer sells this item! [...] it is exactly the same type of charger I received in the box when I bought my camera. This item has the same battery life, takes the same amount of time to charge, and has the orange light for charging and green light for finished charging. Excellent buy! Bonus to B&H customers- $40 cheaper than what Canon sold this item originally online!
