Very large and has a pretty good amount of padding. You always want more but for the type of this wrap its is one of the best I have gotten. I have tried a lot and this is now my favorite as the size and thickness of the wrap makes me comfortable to wrap my larger and heavier lenses in it to travel with or put in a back pack.
