Manfrotto 165 On-Ground Tripod Spreader
The Manfrotto 165 is an "on-ground" spreader for tripods. This spreader works with most Bogen tripods. This spreader offers adjustment from 31" to 51" in legspread to give added support to specific tripod applications.

All though this is plastic it is much stronger and flexible then the Manfrotto aluminum spreader that many of Manfrotto tripods come with. Would buy again.

We shoot video with a large Bogen tripod. This spreader is an absolute must have because it stabalizes the legs and unifies the whole assembly. Easy to set up, take down and use, it does exactly what it should do. For the price, don't even think about not using one, just get it!
