The Monster Cable PRO 900 Rack Mountable PowerCenter is designed to protect sensitive electronics inside music and recording equipment from being damaged or destroyed by the surges and spikes common with power lines today. Extremely high voltage can travel through an unstable power line at any time, seriously damaging or even destroying valuable gear. The PRO 900 features extreme protection with 1850 joules of MOV protection for limiting surge voltage and current.

I needed a powercenter for my studio and the cheapest one i found was this one, unfortunately when a product is very cheap you can bet there's a problem.I went to [...] first and read the reviews and pretty much most the people said exactly what happened with me, except it happened on the second time i turned on.THE POWER BUTTON STAYS ON AND DOESN'T GO BACK TO OFF!!when i read it i found it hard to believe but yes, the power button doesn't go back to the off position.
