The Manfrotto 345 Tabletop Tripod Kit includes the entire tabletop arsenal: legs, ballhead, extender and soft durable pouch. It will hold a surprising amount of gear in the horizontal position, even with the extender mounted.
Made of rugged, heavy-duty aluminum, the 209 Table Top Tripod folds down small enough to slip into your pocket. Features sturdy legs with sure-grip tips for stability.
The 482 ball head is an all-purpose ball head designed for use with compact, 35mm and small digital cameras. A single control for complete 360° pan/90° tilt, fast even movement, instantly locks off in any position.
The 259B Tripod Extension provides 6" to 10" extension to the 209 Tabletop Tripod.
Replaces old part number 3007KIT.

I bought this tripod, to bring with me on a trip to Asia. I like the fact that it was light (good on my back), and that it was small (fit in my suitcase easily). I got a lot of great night scenes in Japan, by putting the tripod on a bridge rail, or on a platform in the middle of the street. Good support. My photos turned out pretty well. However, I've never used a full tripod, so I can't say how the mini-tripod compares to full ones. I liked how the tripod case with a nice leather case.
