The Hitachi KP-F80 is a professional grade B/W CCTV camera for use in factory automation and industrial vision applications. With its progressive scan CCD and ultra high resolution of 800 lines, this camera delivers the level of image quality expected in sensitive imaging environments.

Progressive Scan CCD
By scanning an entire image at once instead of combining two fields the way conventional (interlaced) CCDs do, Progressive Scan ensures that video images remain sharp even when capturing a still or when viewing a freeze frame of a moving video.
Ultra Compact & Rugged Design
A small profile and a rugged construction are two most important factors in factory automation and similar industrial applications involving camera installation in confined spaces and with heavy-duty machinery.
User Selectable Controls
Users can choose between various shutter speeds, sync modes and gamma settings in order to achieve optimum image quality and maximum signal stability according to a particular viewing environment.
Single 12-Pin Hirose Connector
A single 12-pin Hirose connectors serves as the interface for all camera input and output signals. This not only simplifies the installation process but is also a contributing factor in keeping the camera small.
Frame-on-Demand Function
An external device can be used to trigger the camera to capture an image at a desired timing. Three trigger modes are supported by this camera: In the one trigger mode of operation, the rising edge of the trigger pulse initiates the exposure, the duration of the trigger pulse controls the integration time, and the falling edge of the trigger pulse resets vertical sync and delivers the triggered image. Also available are a fixed shutter mode and a reset control mode.
