A small roof prism optic, the Simmons ProSport 10x25 Binocular is an appropriate pick as a travel companion or gift for children.  The "twin bridge" design means that it fits in nearly any vehicle's glove box, and it is also a good choice for observing sporting events in bright light.

Comments about Simmons 10x25 ProSport Binocular (Black, Clamshell Packaging):

I have purchased several other brands of binoculars,
8x25 and 10x25. Unfortunately at this price range of under $20 one comes to not expect very much. However, in the past I have purchased a Simmons rifle scope, which was inexpensive, and have been absolutely AMAZED at the quality of glass and clarity of image. So I though it would give their 10x25 bino a chance. It also has very good image quality, very good low light transmission (i can see through them quite well at dusk), there are NO fuzzy bad spots in the image. They blow away my Barska and Tasco binos. I am very pleased. I use these on my ultralight wilderness treks, they are light weight and can really reach out there. I would have given a 5 star, except that for my eyes, the fine adjustment for the right lens is just barely enough for my eyes. I have purchase two and couldn't be happier. You can spend A LOT more money and not get nearly as good of a bino. I am really picky and can't find anything wrong with them. GET THESE!!!
