Comments about DiCAPac WP-710 Waterproof Case:
The product is very easy to use and allowed me to bring my camera as I hike up waterfalls in Jamaica. The pictures came out clear and no water got in at all! I have no complaints whatsoever about this. It wasn't too expensive and it worked!

I'm a professional photograph and filmmaker for 20 years.[...] for a Canon point&shoot to use while snorkeling. Didn't work. Camera got wet and died.Bought a new camera used the case as a "splash bag". Didn't work. Water droplets got in. Fortunately the camera was not harmed. My experience this a worse than worthless product. With the money I lost on the dead camera I could have bought a real housing, and I wish I had.I still love B&H. [...] But this bag is a loser.

Comments about DiCAPac WP-710 Waterproof Case:
I purchased this waterproof case with the idea of using it with my Sony DSC T70, while fishing. However, the case is a heavy duty plastic bag with a double roll / velcro seal. Because of the thickness of the bag, it is impossible to operate the camera buttons or touch screen while it is in the pouch. Further, because there is no optical port in the bag, it is difficult to get the plastic to lie flat against the camera lens. As a result, the photos are of poor quality (exposure and focus). The flash cannot be used inside the bag, due to the amount of light reflected back into the lens.
The camera is suitable for transporting the camera in wet or dusty environments, but do not expect to take photos with the camera in the bag.
